Individual Non-Package Services
Prices depend on travelling distance

Basic Keyholding. We can hold a spare set of keys just in case your guests' lose the main set. Believe us, it does happen! New key cuts and lock charges usually go to your guests'. From just 3€ per week.

Non-Keyholding Regular Security Checks. These are exterior security checks to ensure that your property and surrounding land is in good condition and secure. Amount of visits per month can be arranged. From 10€ per visit.

Change-Over's and Laundry. This entails cleaning your property throughout after your guests' have left and to make the property fresh and ready for the next occupants. Cleaning includes dusting, polishing, brushing, mopping and disinfecting. This includes terraces and balconies. All areas under furniture and beds cleaned and mopped. All bedding will be changed and old sheets washed, dried and ironed. Mirrors and windows will be cleaned where possible. Renew toilet rolls and change gas if empty. Gas charges will be billed to the owner plus collection.

1 bedroom property from 40€.

2 bedroom property from 50€.

3 bedroom property from 60€.

4 bedroom property from 70€.

5 bedroom property from 80€.

Pool Maintenance. For those of you who have the luxury of your own swimming pool, we provide a full and professional service to make sure your pool is crystal clear and perfectly clean. This includes regular fresh chlorine tablets, adjustment of the chemical PH Balance, sides of pool brushed, bottom of pool hoovered, top of water skimmed and any debris removed. 2 visits per week during summertime, 1 visit per week during wintertime. From 65€ per month.

Welcome Packs. A welcome pack can be left at your property for your new guests'. The pack is a small collection of essential food and drinks so that your guests' have something to eat and drink when they arrive and first thing in the morning. Sometimes. shops are closed depending on arrival times and this service takes away the stress and worry about having to find something to eat for themselves and the children. The packs include water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cheese, ham, butter, bread, breakfast cereals and a bottle of wine. Ham and cheese can be substituted for bacon and eggs if the customer requires. From 20€.

Meet and Greet Service. We will meet and greet your guests' on arrival to your property if airport transfers are not required. This includes switching on the electricity, fridges, freezers, heating if required, making the beds, putting out towels, t-towels, and airing the property so it is fresh and ready. We then meet your guests' on arrival and introduce ourselves and give them our essential contact details. We will endeavour to make them as welcome as possible to ensure they have a great stay! At the end of their stay we will check the contents and condition of your property to ensure there are no breakages, damage or missing items and give you a full report. From 25€.

Airport Transfers. Collection from Alicante or Murcia Airports is available for yourself or your guests' if required. Airport returns are also available with 1 weeks notice at the same price as collections. 40€ per collection or return.

80€ for both ways.
